Membership Agreement

1. APPROVAL OF THE AGREEMENT

If you want to become a member of our Website, you must first fill out the registration form and accept and undertake to comply with the provisions of our Website membership agreement. The user shall be deemed to have undertaken to comply with our Website agreement from the moment they fill out and approve the registration form or receive any service or place an order using this system.

1. DEFINITION OF SERVICES

Members who approve our Website agreement gain the opportunity to shop on our Website online.

1. OUR WEBSITE MEMBERSHIP SYSTEM

A member of our Website will have a username (e-mail) and a password to be determined by themselves.

The username is unique to the member and the same username cannot be assigned to two different members.

The password is known only by the user. The user may change their password at any time. The selection and protection of the password is entirely the user’s responsibility. Our Website is absolutely not responsible for any problems arising from password use.

In order for the user to connect to services that require membership on our Website, they must enter their username and password. This process is defined as logging in to our Website.

1. MEMBER’S OBLIGATIONS

While benefiting from our Website services, the member:

• Accepts and undertakes that the information in the registration form is accurate, and that in cases where this information is necessary (such as password recovery), the responsibility for any damages arising from incorrect or incomplete information belongs to them, and that their membership may be terminated in such cases,

• Accepts that the copyright of the services and software provided by our Website belongs to our Website,

• Accepts that the responsibility for personal opinions, thoughts, expressions put forward while using our Website services, files uploaded to our Website environment, and personal information sent belongs to them, and that our Website cannot be held responsible in any way due to these files,

• Accepts that our Website will not be responsible for information, messages, and files that may be lost and/or received incompletely or delivered to the wrong address during the use of the services,

• Undertakes not to access the services offered on our Website in any way other than the method determined by our Website and in an unauthorized manner, and not to modify the software in any way, not to use those that are clearly modified, and in cases of non-compliance with these articles, to compensate all material and moral damages that our Website may suffer,

• Accepts that our Website will not be responsible for damages that may arise from member data being read by unauthorized persons,

• Undertakes not to send threatening, immoral, racist messages, or messages contrary to the laws of the Republic of Türkiye and international agreements,

• Undertakes that nicknames that may be used as usernames will comply with general morality, etiquette, and legal rules,

• Undertakes not to harass or threaten other users,

• Undertakes not to behave in a way that affects other users’ use of the service,

• Undertakes not to publish, print, or distribute defamatory, degrading, immoral, inappropriate, or illegal material or information about individuals or institutions,

• Undertakes not to advertise, sell any goods or services, or make offers for sale, and not to engage in survey, contest, or chain letter activities,

• Accepts that any records or materials obtained by using our Website services are entirely within the user’s consent, that the responsibility for malfunctions, data loss, and other losses that may occur on the user’s computer belongs entirely to them, and undertakes not to claim compensation from our Website for damages they may suffer due to the use of the service,

• Undertakes not to use our Website services for commercial or advertising purposes without permission from our Website,

• Accepts that our Website may monitor the entire system at any time or continuously,

• Accepts that if they act contrary to the rules, our Website has the right to take necessary actions, remove the member from the service, and terminate the membership,

• Accepts that our Website may use its own system for commercial purposes,

• Undertakes not to post information prohibited from being mailed by law, and not to distribute unauthorized mail such as chain mail, software viruses, etc.,

• Undertakes not to record or misuse personal information belonging to others,

• Accepts that they are personally responsible for all transactions carried out with their member username,

• Accepts that the customer must perform the purchase transaction on the system via a valid credit card, and that if the credit card validity is not approved, they will not be able to shop through the system,

• Accepts that customers must, if requested during delivery, present a valid ID card, allow the relevant ID information to be recorded, and sign in the relevant places; and that if they do not sign, the product may not be delivered to them,

• Accepts that if the product is received by another person, the recipient must sign the document that may be presented by the person delivering the product on behalf of our Website stating that the recipient knows the person who sent the product to them; and that if the document is not signed, the product may not be delivered and therefore the order will be deemed not to have been completed.

They have accepted and undertaken the above.
