Gear-Operated Lug Butterfly Valve with PTFE Seat and AISI 316 Disc
The Gear-Operated Lug Butterfly Valve with PTFE Seat and AISI 316 Stainless Steel Disc provides reliable, stable and durable flow control in industrial installations and mechanical piping. The lug design ensures secure mounting and is suitable for end-of-line service. Threaded mounting lugs improve installation security. The PTFE seat offers high resistance to aggressive fluids and chemical environments. The AISI 316 stainless steel disc provides enhanced corrosion resistance in demanding applications. A reduction gearbox enables controlled opening and closing with less operating force, particularly on larger valves. This valve is used with water, seawater, air, gas, wastewater and various process fluids. Its compact body saves space. Maximum operating pressure is 16 bar and maximum operating temperature with PTFE is 150°C. The technical catalogue lists GG25 / GGG40 body materials, PTFE seats and AISI 304 / AISI 316 disc options, including gearbox operation. The PTFE seat and AISI 316 disc combination is particularly suitable for chemical, food, seawater, water treatment and process lines. The gearbox provides more controlled manual operation where precise opening and closing are required.
