Model 66 Threaded Hydraulic Control Valves PN16 GGG40
Model 66 Threaded Hydraulic Control Valves are a threaded hydraulic control valve range offering a compact design and convenient installation compared with flanged series. They are used in small- and medium-diameter water lines for pressure reduction, pressure sustaining, flow control, level control, remote operation and solenoid-operated opening and closing. The GGG40 ductile iron body provides durability, while threaded connections simplify installation. With a PN16 rating and a maximum operating pressure of 230 PSI, the valves are suitable for building services, compact pump lines, tank supply systems and industrial water applications.
B – Basic Valve: Main valve body forming the basis for different control functions.
M – Manual Control Valve: Allows manual flow adjustment.
PR – Pressure Reducing Valve: Reduces inlet pressure to support reliable pipeline operation.
PREL – Solenoid-Controlled Pressure Reducing Valve (24V AC solenoid): Combines electrical on/off operation with pressure reduction.
PS – Pressure Sustaining Valve: Helps maintain system pressure at a set level.
PRPS – Pressure Reducing and Sustaining Valve: Combines two pressure-control functions in one body.
FL – Float Level Control Valve: Automatically controls liquid levels in tanks and reservoirs.
FR – Flow Control Valve: Limits or maintains pipeline flow.
QR – Quick Pressure Relief Valve: Protects the system by rapidly relieving excess pressure.
EL/G – Solenoid Control Valve (24V AC solenoid): Automation-compatible valve opened and closed by an electrical signal.
RC – Remote Control Valve: Opens and closes flow in response to remote commands.
FLEL – Electric Float Level Control Valve (24V AC solenoid): Supports level control through electrical operation.
The range provides multiple control functions in a compact design for installations with limited space.
