CONSUMER RIGHTS – WITHDRAWAL – CANCELLATION – RETURN CONDITIONS
GENERAL:
If you place an order electronically through the website you are using, you are deemed to have accepted the preliminary information form and the distance sales contract presented to you.
Buyers are subject to the provisions of Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts (Official Gazette: 27.11.2014/29188) and other applicable legislation in force regarding the sale and delivery of the product they purchase.
Shipping costs (cargo fees) are paid by the buyers.
Each purchased product shall be delivered to the person and/or institution at the address indicated by the buyer, provided that it does not exceed the legal period of 30 days. If the product is not delivered within this period, the Buyers may terminate the contract.
The purchased product must be delivered complete, in accordance with the qualifications specified in the order, and together with documents such as the warranty certificate and user manual, if any.
If the sale of the purchased product becomes impossible, the seller must notify the buyer in writing within 3 days from the date it learns of this situation. The total amount must also be refunded to the Buyer within 14 days.
IF THE PURCHASED PRODUCT PRICE IS NOT PAID:
If the Buyer does not pay the product price they purchased or cancels it in bank records, the Seller’s obligation to deliver the product ends.
SHOPPING MADE WITH UNAUTHORIZED USE OF THE CREDIT CARD:
After the product is delivered, if it is determined that the credit card used for payment was unlawfully used by unauthorized persons and the product price is not paid to the Seller by the relevant bank or financial institution, the Buyer must return the product subject to the contract to the Seller within 3 days, with the shipping costs to be borne by the SELLER.
IF THE PRODUCT CANNOT BE DELIVERED ON TIME DUE TO UNFORESEEABLE REASONS:
If force majeure events that the Seller cannot foresee occur and the product cannot be delivered on time, the Buyer is informed. The Buyer may request cancellation of the order, replacement with an equivalent product, or postponement of delivery until the obstacle is removed. If the Buyer cancels the order: if they paid in cash, this amount is paid to them in cash within 14 days from cancellation. If the Buyer paid by credit card and cancels, the product price is refunded to the bank within 14 days from the cancellation; however, it is possible that the bank may transfer it to the buyer’s account within 2–3 weeks.
BUYER’S OBLIGATION TO CHECK THE PRODUCT:
Before receiving the goods/service subject to the contract, the Buyer shall inspect it and shall not accept damaged or defective goods/service such as dented, broken, torn packaging, etc. from the cargo company. Goods/service received are deemed to be undamaged and intact. The BUYER must protect the goods/service carefully after delivery. If the right of withdrawal is to be exercised, the goods/service must not be used. The invoice must also be returned together with the product.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:
The BUYER may exercise the right of withdrawal from the contract by rejecting the goods within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery of the product to them or to the person/institution at the address they indicated, by notifying the SELLER via the contact information below, without assuming any legal or penal liability and without giving any reason.

WITHDRAWAL PERIOD:
If the purchased item is a service, this 14-day period starts from the date the contract is signed. In service contracts where performance of the service begins with the consumer’s approval before the end of the withdrawal period, the right of withdrawal cannot be used.
Costs arising from the exercise of the right of withdrawal are borne by the SELLER.
In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, written notice must be given to the SELLER within 14 (fourteen) days via registered mail with return receipt, fax, or email, and the product must not have been used within the scope of the provisions of “Products for Which the Right of Withdrawal Cannot Be Used” regulated in this contract.
EXERCISE OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:
The invoice of the product delivered to the 3rd party or the BUYER (If the invoice of the product requested to be returned is corporate, it must be sent together with the return invoice issued by the institution. Returns of orders invoiced to institutions cannot be completed unless a RETURN INVOICE is issued.)
The return form and the products to be returned must be delivered complete and undamaged together with their box, packaging, and standard accessories, if any.
RETURN CONDITIONS:
The SELLER is obliged to refund the total amount and the documents that put the BUYER under debt to the BUYER at the latest within 10 days from the date the withdrawal notice reaches it, and to take back the goods within 15 days.
If there is a decrease in the value of the goods due to the BUYER’s fault or return becomes impossible, the BUYER is obliged to compensate the SELLER’s damages in proportion to their fault. However, the BUYER is not responsible for changes and deterioration that occur due to proper use of the goods or product within the withdrawal period.
If, due to the exercise of the right of withdrawal, the campaign limit amount set by the SELLER is fallen below, the discount amount benefited from within the campaign is cancelled.
PRODUCTS FOR WHICH THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE USED:
Products prepared in line with the BUYER’s request or clearly in accordance with their personal needs and not suitable for return; lower parts of underwear, swimsuit and bikini bottoms, cosmetic products, single-use products, goods that may spoil quickly or have a risk of passing the expiration date; products that are not suitable for return in terms of health and hygiene if their packaging is opened by the BUYER after delivery; products that are mixed with other products after delivery and cannot be separated due to their nature; goods related to periodical publications such as newspapers and magazines, except those provided under subscription agreements; services performed instantly in electronic environment or intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer; and audio or video recordings, books, digital content, software programs, data recording and data storage devices, computer consumables, cannot be returned if their packaging has been opened by the BUYER, pursuant to the Regulation. In addition, pursuant to the Regulation, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for services whose performance has begun with the consumer’s approval before the end of the withdrawal period.
For cosmetic and personal care products, underwear products, swimsuits, bikinis, books, copyable software and programs, DVD, VCD, CD and cassettes, and stationery consumables (toner, cartridge, ribbon, etc.) to be returnable, their packaging must be unopened, untested, undamaged, and unused.
DEFAULT AND LEGAL CONSEQUENCES
If the BUYER makes payments by credit card and falls into default, they acknowledge, declare and undertake that they will pay interest within the framework of the credit card agreement between them and the cardholder bank and that they will be responsible to the bank. In this case, the relevant bank may take legal action; may claim the resulting costs and attorney fees from the BUYER; and in any case, if the BUYER falls into default due to their debt, the BUYER accepts that they will compensate the SELLER for the losses and damages suffered due to delayed performance of the debt.
