PRE-ACTION VALVE – Double-Interlocked, Electrically Controlled, Manual Reset
PRE-ACTION VALVE – Double-Interlocked, Electrically Controlled, Manual Reset is a specialized valve used in pre-action fire suppression systems. It requires both detection and system conditions to be met before opening. It is intended for areas where accidental water discharge could cause significant damage, such as data centers, archive storage, museums, transformer areas, electrical rooms, and spaces containing sensitive equipment.
This model has a double-interlocked design. The system activates only when both the fire-detection and piping conditions are satisfied. Its electric control and manual reset help improve system safety and control over reactivation.
The product features a GGG50 ductile-iron body, flanged ISO or ANSI connections, a maximum operating pressure of 300 psi (21 bar), a maximum operating temperature of 80°C, and a 2/2-way normally closed 24 V DC solenoid. Multiple size options support a range of fire-protection project requirements.
